Return & Refund Policy

Our 30-Day Promise

We want you to love The Everyday. If it isn't right for you, you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange under the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition — no signs of wear, odor, marks, or damage
  • Returned with all original tags, inserts, and packaging intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Items returned in used, worn, washed, soiled, or altered condition do not qualify and will be returned to you at your expense.

2. How to Start a Return

All returns must be authorized before shipping. Email support@walkroot.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll reply with return instructions and an authorization.

Returns sent back without prior authorization cannot be accepted, processed, or refunded.

3. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a tracked service — we can't process a refund for a package we don't receive.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs are not reimbursed except where an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (see Section 6).

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm approval.

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method only.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days after inspection for the refund to be processed, plus additional time for your bank or card issuer to post it.
  • Refunds are for the product price only — original shipping and any return shipping are not included.
  • A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to returns that require significant re-inspection, re-packaging, or restocking. (Optional — delete this line if you'd rather not charge it.)

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the color or configuration you want is an exchange. Email us within the 30-day window and we'll help you swap it, subject to the same condition requirements above. You cover return shipping on the original item; we'll ship the replacement once the return is received and inspected.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@walkroot.com with your order number and clear photos. If confirmed, we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you — including return shipping. This does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
  • Gift cards
  • Free items and promotional add-ons
  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Items showing use, wear, washing, or damage

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received an approved refund, first re-check your bank account, then contact your card issuer — processing times vary. If you've done both and still haven't received it, email support@walkroot.com and we'll look into it.
