Shipping Policy

At Walkroot, every order is packed with care and sent out as quickly as our fulfillment partners allow. Please read the timelines and terms below before placing your order — by completing a purchase, you agree to this policy.

Order Processing Time

Processing time is the time we need to prepare, quality-check, and dispatch your order. It is separate from shipping time and begins once payment has been received and cleared.

Processing time may be extended during periods of high demand, supplier stock shortages, or public holidays. These timelines are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery is 7–15 business days.

Delivery estimates may be extended by factors outside our control, including customs inspections, carrier delays, extreme weather, or other unforeseen events. Walkroot is not liable for delays caused by these circumstances.

Estimated total delivery = processing time + shipping time. For most orders this is roughly 8–18 business days from purchase, though it may run longer in the cases noted above.

Business days are Monday–Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking to activate and begin showing movement. If your tracking hasn't updated after that window, reach out and we'll look into it.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Any promotional or free-shipping offers apply only while active and to qualifying orders.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct shipping address at checkout. Walkroot is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly or incompletely entered address, including delays, non-delivery, or the cost of re-shipping. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can only update an address before the order has been processed.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For applicable destinations, any customs fees, import duties, or taxes are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in your order total and are not refundable by Walkroot.

Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, and only if they have not yet entered processing. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

Lost, Stuck & Delayed Packages

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your package appears lost in transit, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the carrier. Please note that investigations can take time to resolve, and we ask for your patience while the carrier completes its process. Orders marked "delivered" by the carrier are considered fulfilled.

Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate parcels and may arrive on different days. This is normal and does not indicate a missing item.
